Tomorrow is the day in 2006 that our sweet Jake went to be with Jesus. We'll never forget his life, his struggle, his fight, and his ultimate victory.
Please take a minute to pray for all the kids in the world who are fighting cancer and the families who fight alongside them.

I remember those smiling faces of little Jake. I also can't believe it's been 7 years. So hard to believe. I'll be watching for the 11's today and as always. Hugs to everyone!

A beautiful boy I will always remember - so nice to see those cute photos again. That is how I first "met" you -- Sami's classmate/friend went home too. You are all in my thoughts today, together with Thomas' family and all the other families.

That sweet smile gets me every time. He was such a handsome little guy.
I remember praying and praying for him and being devastated when he left this earth. I always think of him when I hear the song "Live Like You Are Dying" (which is on my ipod).
So hard to believe it's been 7 years. He will forever be in our hearts. Thanks to his family for allowing us to be a part of his life. Love you and miss you all!
I see 11:11 all the time, and always, always give Jake a "hey" wherever I am. Love to you and yours.

I can't believe it's been that long. He's the reason I started following your blog! I remember sitting in my kindergarten classroom, crying as I read the news. I don't know you all personally, but I felt like I did! He's such a cutie! BELIEVE!
