Miss Linda Lou made her a CD of her music from dance class. Can you see the intensity in her face here?!
Linda Lou had just inserted the CD and Ellie, aka "The Big Sister" was showing Gabbi Lou, aka "The Little Sister" all the cool tunes on her new CD. 
Ellie is kinda into her music these days! She talks about "justin biever" and for whatever insane reason even likes "Mickie Minaj". 
So to have her OWN CD with all her familiar songs, well, dang.. that's like the ultimate!
She just sat there and went from one song to the next, singing and even getting up to dance.
Need proof?! Oh, I can GIVE you proof!
She informed Todd and I tonight that in a few years, she'll have four pair of dance shoes. One for hip hop, one for jazz, one for tap, and toe shoes for ballet. I seriously stand amazed sometimes at the snippets of infromation that that kid can store in her brain!
She's a pretty fun kid to have around. You never know what will come out of her mouth!
And I suppose that is one of the things that makes her so fun!
I can tell you... she LOVES dancing! And she LOVES Miss Linda Lou. And she LOVES her new dance CD.

She's just a smart, smart girl!! She is definitely beyond her years. She & Gabbi both have just seemed to really grow up lately! They are both just precious :)

My daughter acts so much like Ellie! We went to the Justin Moore, Thompson Square & Darius Rucker concert the other night. The night before the concert she was being a little turd head, so I told her if she didn't shape up and listen she wouldn't be going with to the Justin concert! Her response was "You won't find anyone to take my ticket in one day, Mom!!!!" Kids! Gotta love 'em!!!!
Well at least Justin is a little better than who my son loves...Lady Gaga for pete's sake...have no idea where he even found/heard her.
I just have to say how much I LOVE that fireplace!! I also have to say how much I enjoy watching your girlies grow up! I have new dancers too ~ and they LOVE it as much as your girls! Bring on May ~ I cannot wait for recital time!! ;)
I agree with others...both of the girls have really grown up lately! It just happens so fast! they are both precious. Love the fireplace!

I was gasping more at the "empty chimney in the backdrop"!! NO WAY!! I know this was "post-fall" deco!!
As for Ellie---go girl!! I bet Eillie will enjoy watching the little girl singing Nikki Minaj hit song on utube!! She is a cutie and very talented vocally!! Her name is Sophia or Sophie Rose on the Ellen Degeneres show.
Love it...that girl is a hoot! I have to admit, though, I was hoping for a video of Ellie in action! :-)
