You have to FOOL her into going upstairs. And then cajole her into getting into a tee shirt or gown, and then tell her she just needs to "rest" a little. ... NOT "nap" or "go to sleep" or anything eluding to the fact she'll need to actually close her eyes!
And D, just email me you address and I'll send you your anklet. Consider it the same as a bracelet, and send $25 + $6 for shipping. Sorry for that strange interruption! (mojoy@att.net)
Our family photos were kinda crazy! NOT gonna be our best ones, that's for sho! But, we still have three more days, so we can try again! Excited to see so many comments lately, and seriously, since I have been blogging numerous times a day, the views to my blog have increased by around 1,000. Is that nuts or what?! Just wish I could do this on a permanent basis. Seems like we always have something going on! I'll be back in the morning. Loading up new pics tonight!

Sweet baby girls!!!
That bit about Ellie reminds me of my nephew when I was babysitting while his sister was in the hospital. Jaxon had never spent the night away from his mom before, so "going to sleep" caused great tears! So I'd tell him that I was going to sleep and he could just lay by me. He'd remind me several times, "Not going to sleep, Kaia, " before he drifted off. Love that kid!
I am a Gabbi-type these days. When I get tired, I nap. Period. Love my naps!
Naptime looks great to me! Bummer, only 3 more days at the beach.
Sweet babies! Kids and naps- why do they fight it? I lov me a nap. Want a bracelet for the 4th at the beach.
Love all the pics of the girls doing various things!
Meant to ask.....What did you think about those earrings? Can you make them? Oh, that was a stupid question....., of course you can, you can do ANYTHING!
Ahhhhh...as a mom I loved when my kids napped. It gave me a little break and refreshed them. I loved to snuggle with them when they first awakened.
