Who says Mama can't come up with a meal?!

Well, ok, Todd actually cooked the steak and chicken the night before, and I got it out of a leftover ziploc. But, hey..... Look what I did with it.

I took a picture of it and texted it to Todd who was out of town all last week on a guys' golfing trip. I added the caption, "Cooked... with actual fire and everything."

It was the first time I actually used the stove in the new house. I'm sure I have shared with you all that I do NOT do the cooking in the Groves home. But, on this night, I reigned over quesadillas!!

You totally rock Mo. Not only do you have skills in crafting but now we find out that you really can cook....when you have to. YAY Mo!! It looks like a pretty yummy dish, I might add.
Congrats on using the stove for the first time (with fire and everything). I know Todd is so proud.
