Any dog that will put up with all of this, needs to come and live with me!
Paula, next door, has two miniature dachsunds. And... Gabbi LOVES them!
After witnessing her with Angel, here, I am afraid that should we break down and get another dog, it may have to be a miniature dachsund!
I mean can you believe how tolerant this dog is being?!
I took Gabbi to work with me on this day, and because of a remodel, we met at a therapist's house for a week. Gabbi was so preoccupied with this dog that she was totally out of my hair the whole time!
She just strolled, and strolled, and
Strolled, and strolled, and...
yep.... still strolling!
Look at this dog... sitting up as if to say, "I love playing baby."!
Yep. I think we may have to get one of these little puppies.

sweet, sweet pictures. I love them all and that dog was amazing, sitting in that stroller, so cute
Love it!

That could not be any cuter!!!! My little Callie is just like that. She doesn't care what you do to her as long as you're paying attention to her. Callie is a rescue dog, probably Maltese/Poodle and she is extremely passive. The little girls next door carry her around and Callie just loves it.
too precious for words.
hopefully a dog you'd buy has the same temperment that that sweet dog had.
We have a miniature daschund (I know, bad spelling) He is the light of our life, super sweet, loves to cuddle under the covers, your girls would love one. They are spoiled little creatures, but how can you not spoil them??
Love the pictures!!

This is the sweetest thing ever! Can't believe that dog let her put her in there AND push her around. What a chill dog! If you do get a mini doxie make sure it has a good temperment because they can be nippy. My friend had one that got crabby and nipped her little ones so they had to give her away. If I were you I'd just steal that one ;) ;)
Awwww!! That is so sweet. Did Gabbi get upset when it was time to go?
don't buy a dog - look into a rescue or a shelter for a pet! cross bred animals also make really good pets. we got our daughter a dorkie (free) - it is a mini- daschund/yorkie mix and she is wonderful. she doesn't have the scared personality that a lot of little dogs have. she bit my sister's doberman on the nose the first time she met him and she weighed 4 pounds and he weighed 80. you also have to be careful with the weenie dogs about back and shoulder trouble, especially if it will be put in a stroller and dressed up and such. i had a lab and a st bernard growing up that we did that too as well as cats! you may want to consider a pair of kitties and a smaller really mellow dog. just remember that baby animals of any kind are gonna be hard on the new house with potty training and chewing! i wish we lived near you, gg and i would be best buddies! i would even have ms ellie lovin critters! have fun finding the perfect pets for your family!!!
So sweet. My sister has miniature dashunds and loves them. She currently has three puppies she's trying to find loving homes for (she's in Florida). They are the sweetest little puppies - she has three adults and just can't keep all 6 dogs. She's a total dog lover and has has other breeds before but says the dashunds are by far the best.
Oh my goodness! Those pictures are absolutely adorable. I don't know that I have ever seen a dog that is that sweet. I would want to take her home with me too! :)
This is soooooo sweet I love it!!! I had a Chihuahua growing up that endured much the same ( I dressed him in doll clothes) Your girls are too cute...I love reading your posts! Thank you for sharing!

I have 2 mini dachshunds and they are so sweet!!! Love them. They are alittle hard to house train. I rescued both of mine. Oh those pics of Gabbi are so adorable. What a cute little girl she is. I am with the other commenter, try and find a rescue dog. Seems they are so grateful for you rescueing them, that they are wonderful dogs. Good luck!! I am with Gabbi Girl. I love animals!!
God Bless~

Adoption,Mel-ADOPTION! We have two shelter pups(rat terriers) and you just don't get better dogs than these. And since adoption has worked so well with the girls.....I say keep up the adopting! They even have a website you can look at to see pics of what they have currently at the shelter.
I LOVE it! That dog looks wide-eyed and terrified!
Oh this post brings back memories. I used to have the same kind of dog when I was little. I used to push that dog around in a mini shopping cart or stroller, but my poor dog was also dressed in baby clothes too.
These pictures are so cute and I think you are right Gabbi needs one of these dogs.
I love these pictures. Gabbi is precious! Her obvious love for animals is heart warming. If you are ever interested in getting a large breed dog that makes an incredible pet for children consider a boxer. We have one that is two years old and he is the best. I have never seen a more even tempered and loving dog. I have spoken with other people who own them and
they have agreed. They are awesome family pets, and they are big enough to endure lots of loving from sweet little girls. :)

Ok, I don't comment very often, but I do read everyday. This is my favorite post ever : )
OMG!! That is the cutest thing EVER!! GG definitely needs a new pup :)
So cute!!! I have a Shih tzu/poodle mix - my nieces play with Ella the same way - she loves them so - the last time they were here she was the patient at the vet - and like any good patient, she got a sticker for her good behavior. The poor dog was covered in stickers by the time they left:)
