Here it comes. Look at that lip!
and just like that.... a pitiful cry!
Have I mentioned that Gabbi Girl is a tit? And I mean that in the nicest way!
Really. She is a big fat titty baby.
I am trying to "toughen" her up. Don't worry. Nothing too harsh, just like, making her WALK or SIT without being on my lap or hip at all times.
As a matter of fact, that is more than likely what this little pity party is all about.
"Buttttt I don't WANT to walk!" And to prove it, I will throw my bow on the floor.
I mean it, Mom. I will snatch this bow out of my hair and throw it right down!
Hey Gabbi, want a sucker?
And like that. All is well in the world.
And she let her dad hold her. I think I hear the angels singing!

Oh my goodness...those pictures really do look pitiful! :)
She's still a sweetheart though. All is well when Daddy comes to the rescue! And a sucker certainly can't hurt.
We've all been there as parents, and want our kids to "toughen up" at some point. You're doing a great job with those two precious girls!
I bet it's hard to say no to that sweet little girl. She looks like she just lost her best friend! But Dad and a sucker to the rescue.
I just love reading your blogs, and wishing I was as creative as you! My girls are not grown up (ages 11, 10, & 8), but hard to pin down for fun pics unless they have the camera and are taking nose shots. Love reading about your girls, reminds me of when my girls were in those stages.
Lovin your blogs, and maybe one day I will be creative, but for now I will live in your world a few minutes each day!

Hi Mo ~ Oh My........a real temper tantrum - She is still more than adorable even when she is upset - good thing she is happy almost all the time! Have a wonderful weekend, Diana from Colorado

Too cute!
Poor Gabbi girl. I am sure her little legs were tired. Mason is almost 7 and still complains if he has to walk a short distance. Lazy kid!
Oh my do I can definitely relate! Love the "Elvis" quivering lip!!! We have surpassed that stage and now it's not so much "hold me mommy', it's "let me go mommy, I can walk by myself"!!! My little independent bug is way too busy to be held that's for sure!! Talk about a drama fest when I have to hold her hand!!! Believe me, in a few short months, the "titty baby" will be an "independent baby"! All I hear all day is "I can do it myself mommy"!!! Sigh.....
BTW I haven't heard the titty baby in a loooooong time!! Too funny!!
She is a precious little titty baby :o)
Pooooooor Gabbi...LOL! Don't you just love the lip quiver? BTW...I loved the "I Love You" canvas! Fabulous!
Poor Gabbi Girl..NOT. I had one of those and she is now 5. It's been a rough time getting her to the point of not being super glued to mom but we are doing better! HUGS HUGS HUGS
BTW ur girls are dressed to the hilt. I love their outfits, esp their shoes, where do you find such cute shoes...?
I have been a long time lurker, since Jake's site and I think your girls are just adorable! But, what is with the naked dolls? Reminds me when my Grandmother used to visit just to dress the dollies.
Too funny. My little girl plays the same bow throwing fit throwing trick. LOL!!!
Your posts just absolutely crack me up!! You are always having so much fun. The girls are both so adorable (but you already knew that!)!!!! Glad to see you are enjoying your "nesting"!
i know i'm a little late & i'm trying to catch up.. but this one just made me laugh so hard. too funny!
