Where's the Teeth?!

So do you think my GG looks happy?!

Well, this is NOT what she looked like last night from about 11:11 ( to be EXACT!  That is when we turned out our lights last night) until around 4:50 am when we finally both shut our eyes for about an hour!  Maybe not that long. Then the good ol' alarm went off at 6am!  Wheeeee.  Good times!

I am afraid my baby gull is TEETHING.  And I am afraid she is NOT a happy teether! She was miserable.  Therefore, we ALL were miserable!  Let's hope for a better night, as you know who STILL has to get up and go to work in the morning

I think it will be better tonight.  (Benadryl!)

Get you some teething tablets! They are wonderful! And Motrin doesn't hurt either.

Bless her heart and yours too! Try a little Motrin or Tylenol with the Benedryl. The "Watch Dogs" will be all over this you know!!!

Hope you all have a better night, tonight! And Mo, after following your blog for many months I've decided to finally start blogging for real. I've been doing some blogging on Chloe's caringbridge site, but decided it's time to step away from that a bit and blog about our lives without her. Caringbridge has been a huge part of our lives, but I'm anxious to start this new type of blogging. I really thing it will be good for our other daughter...I can focus more on her and happy times..not just about how much I miss Chloe. As I've said many times before your family is truly an inspiration to me! and one of these years my best friend, Rhonda and I are going to come to either St. Jude's for the mini marathon or to Shake for Jake...it really is a goal of ours!
hope you get lots of sleep tonight.

Research the ingredients in the teething tablets before using them, that's all I'm sayin'. I used them with my kids and found out later on what was in them.
Anyway, if you want a great cure for those gums, mix 1/2 children's benadryl and 1/2 maalox and rub on the gums. Trust me on this one. :) Sweet dreams.

Bless her bones, and bless everyone in the house who has to stay awake through it.

ok.. We had the same issue with our LO and the orejel was not enough. She began getting teeth at 4mths and she is now 13mths with 12 teeth so we had to go and get Hurricane gel. U have to ask for it from the pharmacy. It comes in a tub and it is very potent so a little goes a long ways. My local walmart carries it. I will warn you it is about $8-10. But well worth it she still has the same container from the start.. It really saved us.

Ohh poor Gabbi Gull! God, I can't even remember the teething episodes now, but, we had them! I would get the kiddos frozen popsicles, and let them eat those. They loved them and the frozen ice numbed their gums and gave them some relief. You can also purchase the "teething rings" in most places (i.e. Walmart, Kmart, etc) and freeze them and they are great. I went through alot of Oragel also, MAX ADULT strength. If all else fails, your ped could prescribe something also.

Cold, wet washcloths are great, too. Put her in the high chair with one and let her chew on it!
